While 3 entrepreneurs were at lunch, one of our co-founders, Rashmi, shared her frustration with the challenges of Saas deployment. After eight months of struggling to roll out a new platform, the project continues to face delays, confusion, and unexpected roadblocks. Dom, another one of our co-founders, suggested that AI could be the answer. But not just AI alone—implementation, expertise, and strategy too. And just like that, saasgenie was born.
Working in Professional Services, he watched customers spend millions on SaaS investments—only to struggle with implementation and end up with very little ROI. The problem wasn’t the software. The problem was how businesses were set up for success (or, in most cases, weren’t).
