Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales manager with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic consulting and implementation services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving an annual sales target in North America.
Key Responsibilities
● Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories, accounts, or vendors (Leads will be shared during the first work quarter, which is considered the ramp up phase).
● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
● Understand client needs and propose tailored consulting and implementation solutions
● Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present compelling proposals and presentations
● Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
● Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system - Hubspot
● Stay current on employee experience and customer experience industry trends, competitive landscape, and company offerings
● Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
●  Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the overall growth of the sales organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- 5-7 years of proven sales experience in consulting or professional services industry
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of consulting methodologies and implementation processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
