• Understand customer requirements and business challenges to develop a workable solution with a convincing value proposition by collaborating with multiple cross -functional teams
• Effectively communicate solutions architecture to the customer and the technical teams
• Scope each customer engagement with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria and owns the Solution Design process
• Design and develop integrations, architecture and advanced customisation utilising Freshworks Marketplace platform
• Participate in code reviews and configuration reviews and ensure that the development best practices are adhered
• Participate in customer calls to discuss the business use cases and appropriately take decisions in collaboration with the customer
• Respond to customer and partner inquiries, including requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Provide architectural blueprints for the customers.
• Become the trusted technical advisor to customers and partners from an overall solution, architecture and implementation perspective for Freshworks
• Own each technical engagement and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of value
• Understand the Freshworks product market segments, customer base, and industry verticals

1. Participate in Planning meetings and provide Testing estimations for Manual and Automation
2. Work closely with Product Stakeholders, Analyze requirements, design and review detailed test plans and Test cases and execute them
3. Understands the flow of code and how it interacts with different components and provide better Test coverage
4. Develop and execute automation scripts for newly developed features
5. Modify existing framework to augment feature testing needs
6. Continuously monitor automation test results and ensure no random test failures in automation
7. Identify the cross-browser / platform impacts during the planning phase and ensure high test coverage
8. Identify quality assurance process gaps and suggest actions for improvement
9. Ensures Zero defect leakages
10. Contribute Non-functional Testing aspects - Performance, Security, and Translation
11. Work closely with the Development team and ensure code is delivered with high code coverage
12. Add Test hooks to improve Test and Automation Coverage
13. Contribute to continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
● Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development
● Proficient in any front-end frameworks such as Vue Js, React, Angular etc is desirable.
● Proficient in developing Node JS web applications using Express or similar Node web frameworks
● Experience in developing and consuming REST web services and working in a microservice environment is a plus.
● Excellent oral communication, strong documentation and technical writing skills.
● Analytical and problem-solving skills
● Broad understanding of information technology topics
● Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
● Experience with cloud service providers (AWS or Google / Azure) desirable. Relevant Certifications would be a plus.
